The marriage was recorded in Family F4.
The marriage is automatically added to the FamilyEvent stream for each parent.
We see the marriage listed in in the FamilyEvent stream for Harry Sitch.

If the event doesnt show in the event stream make sure Family is selected.
The arrow connecting the Family and Harry Sitch, shows Harry Sitch was a parent in the Family F4
If you try to add an Marriage event to a person, Augean warns that it should be added to the Family.
